A delicious way to enjoy an ice cold desert that is good for you, if you have any overripe bananas peel and freeze as they come in very handy for this ice cream.
BANANA ICE CREAM

- 1 ½ frozen bananas
- 70 ml almond milk
- 2 medjool dates pitted
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Some pecan nuts (optional)
- Step 1 Use a strong blender to make this ice cream, once the bananas are frozen, or let them soften if you don’t have the correct blender.
- Step 2 Blend the ingredients together and if too thick add more milk, don’t add too much as you will end up with a milkshake. Better to add a bit at a time.
- Step 3 You may either eat as is or freeze for a couple of hours. This can also be used to pour over your cereal or in a smoothie.
