Served Magazine was launched over the weekend with over 40 recipes and Honey and Zest was part of this publication. I was asked to create a few recipes that hopefully the audience reading the magazine can enjoy and follow. It was great fun preparing for and such fun watching the talented photographer Sean Mallia take the photos. Vamp Magazine Malta designed the magazine and we also had Chris and Sam Psaila and their gorgeous child watching over the whole project and Sarah Kennard as editor. Thank you for including Honey and Zest in this publication which looks fabulous.
