Make this green delicious dressing and pour it over your fresh tuna for lunch or dinner. To make this you will need,
Fresh Tuna with a Wasabi dressing.
- One slice of fresh Tuna,
- A bunch of fresh basil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 60g fresh ginger
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp wasabi
- Step 1 Get your blender and prepare the dressing. Place the fresh basil and ginger in your blender and blend into small pieces. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend so you have your dressing. Should you notice the ingredients need more liquid add some more sesame oil.
- Step 2 Get a griddle pan and add some sesame oil. When heated add the tuna steak and sear on both sides. I find the best way to serve tuna is seared on the outside and rare on the inside, however this is a matter of taste and you may prefer your tuna cooked well.
- Step 3 Pour your sauce over the fish and serve with a salad of your choice. You can serve two portions with one steak.
