Lamb Chops with Chilli Seeds
- 8 lamb chops
- 2 cloves garlic
- Olive oil
- ½ tsp chili seeds
- A bunch of fresh rosemary
- Some mint sauce
- Step 1 Get a baking tray and place your lamb chops on the tray, peel your garlic and chop roughly and sprinkle over the chops.
- Step 2 Pour some olive oil over the meat and sprinkle the chili and rosemary. Keep some fresh rosemary aside to place over the baked chops.
- Step 3 Bake them at 160C, fan assisted for twenty five minutes. The smells are divine, place some mint sauce and dig in.
