Lamb Chops with Chilli Seeds

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Olive oil
  • ½ tsp chili seeds
  • A bunch of fresh rosemary
  • Some mint sauce
  • Step 1 Get a baking tray and place your lamb chops on the tray, peel your garlic and chop roughly and sprinkle over the chops.
  • Step 2 Pour some olive oil over the meat and sprinkle the chili and rosemary. Keep some fresh rosemary aside to place over the baked chops.
  • Step 3 Bake them at 160C, fan assisted for twenty five minutes. The smells are divine, place some mint sauce and dig in.
