Smoothies are so much fun and great for a quick breakfast when you are running late and need to dash out.
- A generous handful of fresh spinach leaves.
- 1 banana
- A handful of fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp. kefir yoghurt
- 2 slices fresh apple
- Add some water to this so you won't have a very thick smoothie
- Step 1 Place all ingredients in your blender and blend.
- Step 2 Serve and enjoy your smoothie.
