Smoothies are so much fun and great for a quick breakfast when you are running late and need to dash out.

Spinach Smoothie

  • A generous handful of fresh spinach leaves.
  • 1 banana
  • A handful of fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp. kefir yoghurt
  • 2 slices fresh apple
  • Add some water to this so you won't have a very thick smoothie
  • Step 1 Place all ingredients in your blender and blend.
  • Step 2 Serve and enjoy your smoothie.
