Sometimes you just need a mid day snack or something sweet. Make these balls and keep them in a container. They are also great to carry around with you and snack whenever you feel like.
Date & Oat Balls
- 20 medjool dates
- 200g roasted cashew nuts
- 1.5 tbsp. tahini (I used some of the oil too)
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 60g roasted oats
- Step 1 If the dates are not pitted, remove the stone, then add them to your blender together with the nuts and blend. Add the tahini and coconut oil and blend again. Finally add the roasted oats and mix well.
- Step 2 Roll the mixture into bite size balls with your hands and place on a plate. Refrigerate for a while and eat.
