Drink your Greens.

I decided to wash my fresh spinach and kale and portion into different bags and freeze. This is a great idea when you are hungry and crave something healthy and cold. I came home, removed some frozen spinach and kale leaves from the bag and made this delicious juice, to make this you will need,

Ingredients
  • A handful of frozen spinach and kale
  • Thumb size fresh ginger
  • 2 washed lettuce leaves
  • 1tbsp sun dried tomatoes
  • Β½ an avocado
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • Β½ tsp turmeric
  • Some pepper
  • 100ml cold water
Directions
  • Step 1 Get your blender add the spinach and kale and lettuce leaves.
  • Step 2 Peel your ginger and add it to rest of the ingredients together with the peeled avocado. Add the sun -dried tomatoes, your washed cherry tomatoes and the turmeric, pepper and your cold water and blend. Should you need, add more water to get a nice cold clear juice.
  • Step 3 One good way of incorporating vegetables into your daily diet.
