Smoothies are a great way to start your day or as a snack throughout the day. Kids are studying at the moment, the afternoons are long and they get restless so a smoothie goes a long way. There are many recipes but I really enjoy this smoothie, to make this you will need,
- 125g raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cooked beetroot
- 20g fresh spinach leaves
- 175ml almond milk
- 50g rolled oats
- Step 1 Best is to make this in your blender or bullet.
- Step 2 Add all the ingredients and blend. Should the smoothie be too thick just add more milk.
- Step 3 Pour into a long glass and drink up.
